How translation credits work
Credits follow the real cost of the AI model, so you always know what a month of translation costs.

Every translation request uses AI tokens: the text we send (input) and the translation we get back (output). We convert those tokens into credits using the price of the model on your plan, so one credit always buys the same amount of AI work.
Rules of thumb
- A typical product (name, short description, description, meta fields) uses 10–40 credits per language.
- A long CMS page built with PageBuilder uses 50–300 credits per language.
- Short attribute labels and option values are batched together and cost a fraction of a credit each.
The Estimate button in the Magento admin shows the expected credits before you translate, and your dashboard shows the real number for every request.
