Content you send
Text sent for translation is processed to produce the translation and is passed to our AI provider (Anthropic or OpenAI, depending on your plan) under their API terms, which exclude training on API data. We do not store the content of your pages; we store request metadata (time, size, languages, entity type and id, token counts) for billing and support, and delete it after 12 months.
Account data
Company and contact details are kept for invoicing for as long as the law requires.
